Belle came to us from Down Under Labradoodles in Raleigh, NC. She is our chocolate wonder from Down Under! Belle is bright and spunky with a twinkle of mischief in her eyes! She is a ‘thinker’ to the max. Once after unsuccessfully trying to entice Gracie (who was just a tiny pup at the time) to play ball with her, Belle went to all of her hiding places gathering a new ball each time. She waved each one in front of Gracie’s face to no avail, occasionally pushing her with a playful paw in a game of ‘I got you last.’ I watched silently as Belle sat down with a sigh and thought a moment. With a twinkle in her eye and a spring in her step she dashed into the house soon emerging with Gracie's favorite toy (a stuffed froggie with rope legs). When Gracie still paid her no mind, Belle began to wap Gracie upside the head with those wiggly rope legs until a full-blown battle was well engaged! I have enjoyed training Belle, as she learns very, very quickly. It is funny to watch her when the family comes home after being gone for a while. She performs a repertoire of every trick that she has learned until we have the chance for a ‘proper’ hello. She is sweet and gentle natured even with very young children and it is hilarious to watch her try to engage a toddler in a game of chase…never quite going too fast or too far … that way, the toddler won’t lose interest in the game at hand! Gracie also came to us from Down Under Labradoodles. She is so very beautiful and calm that I sometimes mistake her for a stuffed animal when she is napping quietly! She was a dream puppy and is maturing into a wonderful, cuddly snuggle bunny! Gracie’s nick-name is Thunderfoot…and she has quickly become the clown in our family! I hope to be able to consistently breed her laid-back temperament and excellent confirmation into my lines. Gracie is a medium size labradoodle with a true non-shedding fleece coat. "Adoni" is Aboriginal for 'sunset' Standard Apricot Spiral Fleece Dam: Clementine :: Sire: Harvey Rutlands Adoni comes to us from Rutland Manor in Australia. She has a wonderful temperament to match her glorious appearance! As Beverley Manners has described her to us. "Adoni has a wonderful temperament to match her stunning looks. She is confident with out being dominant, gentle without being timid, very affectionate and a delight to live with. She has the same cute habit as her mother 'Clementine' of showing all her teeth 'smiling' with a silly grin!" Adoni has an apricot spiral fleece coat that is very soft, and allergy friendly. Annie is Adoni's daughter and just like her mama, she has the wonderfully endearing habbit of smiling bearing all her teeth in a silly grin! Annie is wonderfully gregarious girl that loves all things in life! She lives with her guardian family where she is loved and doted on. Annie has the softest spiral fleece coat that I have ever come across, I find it difficult to keep from running my fingers through her soft curls whenever she is nearby! Annie has a wonderful gregarious nature, she is energetic, athletic and fun loving and is so well natured that she is truly comfortable in all kinds of new situations! Annie is pictured (as a pup) on several different pages of Barron's Educational Series Labradoodle book which has just recently become available! Check out the photo credits in the back of the book to see her and some of our other puppies. "Annie is so funny, she loves to follow us around and will find a spot in between us if we are not in the same part of the house! She is great with children. I took her to my school for a visit and she was an angel with the disabled kids!!! She loves to play chase with us... and bunnies, birds, squirrels and is very fast! Crickets are a great source of fun to pounce on! Annie loves to look out the window and will spend every morning going back and forth between all of the windows she can see out of. She knows which new window to go to if something of interest moves out of her current view. It is quite amusing!
